Auspice Corporation Selects Visual Activity to Help Create Product User Experience
Mansfield, MA, 01.18.08 - Visual Activity is proud to announce it has been selected by Auspice Corporation of Waltham, Massachusetts, a leading provider of network assurance solutions to establish the user experience design and guidelines for its OpsLogic¨ suite of solutions for communications service providers (CSPs) worldwide.
The OpsLogic suite provides real-time integration and automation of network operations centers (NOC), customer support and field service operations - including network health, proactive performance monitoring, automated trouble ticketing, and diagnostics for comprehensive service assurance and delivery.
